IMMIGRATION

Our office represents clients for family, student and employment based visas. Communication is key, and we will work closely with you to obtain the visa you require. We guide clients through every step of the process including filing the paperwork, scheduling fingerprinting and biometric appointments, practicing interviews, and satisfying requests for evidence (RFE).

We are experienced in helping clients obtain permanent residency (Green Card) and US citizenship. Individuals throughout the world have come to America for the great personal and professional opportunities it provides. Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible – from filing all the necessary documents and following up with USCIS to counseling you through the entire process.

We also assist employers with maintaining compliance for their foreign employees by meeting Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 requirements and addressing H-1B visa concerns.

TAX

Our goal is to provide the client tax advice to maximize and advance the client’s position. We assist individuals and businesses with tax-related issues created from commercial transactions or asset holdings. Some examples include new business formation, fund creation, joint ventures or mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and financing. The negotiated terms of a business transaction can greatly affect tax implications on the business entity, shareholders and individual members or proprietors.

BANKRUPTCY

The goal for a personal bankruptcy filing is to give you a fresh financial start. After a thorough consultation, we carefully assess your financial goals, assets and debts and reach a determination if bankruptcy is in your best interest. While working with you, we will also determine whether a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 personal bankruptcy filing will achieve the desired results. Filing for bankruptcy can be a harrowing and stressful decision, it is our job to make this process as smooth as possible.

REAL ESTATE CLOSINGS

We assist clients throughout the process of a home purchase. Contract review and negotiation is only the first step. We work closely with the title company, bank’s attorney (if there is mortgage financing) and your broker to finalize the transaction in an expedient manner.

LANDLORD-TENANT

We represent landlords and tenants in matters concerning evictions, leases and other issues that may arise between landlords and tenants.

MATRIMONIAL

We assist clients who wish to end their marriage in uncontested divorces in an expedient and efficient manner.

NAME CHANGE

We assist clients in the name change process.
